After 15 years of experience working with families in a therapeutic setting, Jordan now uses his counseling skills and real estate savvy to help people smoothly navigate the ups and downs of property investment. When he’s not connecting his clients with their dream homes, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family and dogs.

I began working with Alisha while I was still out-of-state before my home had even sold. I would look at potential homes on the internet and convey my thoughts to her. She was in contact with me on a daily basis. When my place did sell Alisha began to go to homes that I wanted to see and we would look at them together via Zoom. Alisha was great at making calls to answer questions I may have had about the properties of interest. I moved to NC about one month after my place sold and we were still looking. When I found my place Alisha continued to assist me by not only communicating with me, but also with my lender and the attorney’s office. Greetings, I am writing a review of my experience working with Jesse Peterson in Asheville, NC. I was searching on my own to find a home. I had spoken to several realtors when inquiring about properties that interested me and most were friendly and quite generic. Quite by accident, or Divine Providence, I spoke to Jess Peterson when I made an inquiry on a house. Right from the get-go, Jess was different from the others. He quickly understood what my needs/desires were relative to the property I wanted. I appreciated his integrity and value system. Being a single woman he made me feel that he was looking out for me and that he wanted me to find the right home more than he wanted to make a sale. We ended up viewing a bunch of homes and I found his personal experience with potential problems with homes and repair knowledge invaluable. When I found the home I wanted he literally dropped everything to schedule my viewing and walk me through the offer phase that day as real estate moves fast in this area. His recommendation for a mortgage agent was excellent. I had worked with that company before and found them to be outstanding. Again, his advice was gold. During the purchase process he would return my calls immediately, no request was unreasonable or inconvenient, and he made me feel that making this sale go smoothly was his most important mission. Born and raised in Asheville, Nathan has spent over 30 years in the mountains of North Carolina. Years spent living abroad in Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and Ecuador gave Nathan an international perspective and new insight into his mountain home.
